I am an aspiring marine researcher with a passion for coral reefs and how we can use genetic and 'omics' tools to help protect reef futures. I currently hold a master's degree in Marine Biology, and I am pursuing a PhD focussing on coral reef cellular biology. I am an enthusiastic advocate for improving science communication and I want to inspire others to care about the ocean as much as I do.
