The moment we've all been waiting for has arrived! Registration and scholarship applications are now OPEN for our 2025 Conference. The conference will take place at Duke University in Durham, NC from May 28-31.

Important Access Information:

• Conference registration is exclusively available through the BWEEMS Member Portal
• Not yet a member? Submit your membership application first to gain portal access
• Current members can log in to the Member’s Portal here.

Key Details:

• Registration & Scholarship Deadline: February 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
• Cost: FREE admission
• Funding Support: Travel & Accommodation Scholarships available for 150 attendees
• Presenters: Opportunities to share your work, experiences, and innovations through oral presentations, posters, and lightning talks

Before starting your registration, we recommend reviewing the registration guide (located on the registration page) and preparing your responses in advance, as the  form includes conference registration, scholarship applications, abstract submissions, and volunteer opportunities. The estimated completion time is 30 minutes with prepared materials.
